Kerala Minerals and Metals Ltd has announced about the recruitment of Executive trainees for 2010. Thereis a total vacancy of 26 seats out of which 3 are reserved for SC and ST candidate.

Candidates should possess 1st class Degree in Engineering and eligible candidates with MBA will be given preference.

Stipend during the training period is Rs.12,000 per month in first year and Rs.14,000 per month in second year.

On satisfactory completion of training the Executive Trainees will be considered for
appointment to the available posts of Process Engineer/Plant Engineer as the case may be,on an initial basic pay of Rs.14360/- per mensum in the scale of pay of 14360-380-15500-450-18200-500-21200-550-24500-600-26900/- plus DA and other allowances. In such
cases they will have to execute an agreement to serve the company for a minimum period of 3 years after completion of training.
